Husqvarna CP 9

Husqvarna CP 9 is a professional floor scarifier designed for high productivity without compromising on transportability, ergonomics or simplicity. This machine is an excellent choice for concrete and steel surface preparation, thick coating removal, texturing, levelling, profiling and creating adhesion profiles. With a 9-inch (225 mm) working width, this robust scarifier is effortless to maintain and quick to decontaminate.

Intuitive controls and user-friendly features help operators achieve consistent results with limited training and minimal chance of misuse. Turnaround between jobs is fast with the revolutionary Husqvarna tube refill kit – a patented system featuring pre-filled tooling tubes that refill drum shafts instantly. The machine is also available in petrol and battery versions, which provide the added flexibility of cordless operation.

Easy to use

All users can run the machine with confidence. It features simplified controls, a depth indicator and an LED load indicator that helps operators work at the most productive scarifying depth without overloading the motor.

Fast tool changes

The Husqvarna tube refill kit reduces the time it takes to replace tools to as little as 7.5 minutes and minimises the risk of error. Each kit contains a complete set of numbered tubes pre-loaded with spacers and cutters. The tools can slide smoothly on all at once because the drum shafts have no welded middle flanges blocking the way. This also means tools are spaced evenly from end to end, which creates a consistent scarifying pattern.

Easy to transport

The robust frame folds down to make the machine more compact and protect vital components. Features sensibly placed lifting hooks and strap-down points.

To increase operator comfort, the machine produces low vibrations and has an adjustable handle that supports ergonomic working positions, reducing fatigue and physical strain. It is designed for efficient dust pickup to limit operator and work-area exposure to airborne particles. Features an easily accessible dust port connection (51mm/2"").

This productive floor scarifier is useful for many applications, with a variety of tooling options available. The drum design delivers consistent results across the full 9-inch (225 mm) working width. Depending on the type of surface, the advised working depth is 3 mm per pass and maximum depth is 13 mm.
